Nolan, Nick, Jake, Colin and I all woke up at around 10am and ate food that we had bought the night before at the grocery store. By the time we finished eating and were ready to go, it was about 11:30. HISTORY:We got into our car and were on the road for about an hour before we finally arrived at The Saussey Manor Museum (Musée du Manoir de Saussey). We paid the fee which was 30 euros ($31.73) and in the museum, we saw many significant items. One of the best items we saw was glassware from the 1-4th century.Musée du Manoir de Saussey. When we finished in the gallery, we left at about 2:30 and headed to Coeur et Saveurs for lunch. There, we had filet mignion, which cost us $28.60 per person. We finished eating at about 3:30 where we then headed back to the car where we would then go to Tumulus. In the car, we decided to listen to some of the local radio stations but after a while, we started to get annoyed because we didn't understand what they were saying. Colin and Nick both fell asleep and Jake, Nolan and I left them in the car so we could go look at a some of the local stores on the way to Tumulus. We spent about 30 minutes and when we returned, Colin and Nick were still sleeping so we got back on the road and went on our way. HISTORY: We arrived at Tumulus at about 4:30. Tumulus was basically like Arlington National Cemetery because you saw all the people who served in the French army and lost their lives in battle. We spent about 2 hours walking around and paying our respects to the deceased ones. We were back on the road at about 6:30 and on the way back, we had to stop at a grocery store where we picked up our dinner for that night. We each chose the same thing (chicken wings for $3 each). We arrived back at the hotel at around 8pm and we ate the dinner we had just bought. The moment we finished, we started packing up our stuff for the next day when we were leaving for Paris. When we finished packing, we all headed to bed and were out for the rest of the day.
